This fan club is for fans of the character Ronon Dex, from the Sci-Fi show called Stargate Atlantis. If you love Stargate Atlantis, and the character Ronon Dex, you are welcome to join.

*~About Him ~ Character Biography~*

Ronon Dex is a complex character. But as time progresses we see a little more of him, and we see a little more of his humor, compassion, and charm. To most he is serious and emotionless, more like a rock than a man. But in reality he is a caring and compassionate man who loves his friends and would give his life for them. At first he did not trust them but more and more, he is learning what trust is. They helped him and changed his life and he has great gratitude for them.
Ronon Dex, or Specialist Ronon Dex, was a military man on his home world. But when the Wraith came, his life changed. He was captured while trying to defend his people from the attack. While on a Wraith ship, one of the Wraiths tried to feed on him, but he did not succeed. They decided to put him to “good use” by implanting a tracking device in his back and setting him free. Then is when he became a “runner”. He used his wits, skills, and instincts and managed to survive for 7 years without being caught by the Wraith. Then one day he ran into a group of people from Earth. At first he held them, Teyla and Colonel Sheppard, hostage in a cave. In the end they helped by taking out the tracking device out (Dr. Beckett’s fine work). Afterward he went to Atlantis with them, and later became a member of their team, and a good friend.
Ronon Dex is played by Jason Momoa, a talented actor in my book!
